Returns & Refund Policy
At Inter Cabinets, all of our products are made to order and customised to each customer’s specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
Custom Orders
Once an order has been placed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded due to the bespoke nature of our products.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product:
-Has a major failure
-Is not of acceptable quality
-Is not fit for its intended purpose
-Does not match the description or specifications agreed upon
If you believe your product is faulty or does not meet these standards, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and provide an appropriate resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Installation & Responsibility
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect installation, handling, or modification of the product after delivery.
